Promising young defender Catherine Hall has received her first full contract with the Mystics in 2024 after impressing as a training partner and member of the Northern Marvels last season.
Able to play both in-circle defensive positions, Hall’s tall 1.91m frame is an obvious asset at the back end of the court as she steps into top-level play and progressing her development.
An injury to Sulu Fitzpatrick last season opened the door for Hall to be included in several Mystics match-day squads, going on to make her debut at the elite level in a team that went on to claim the 2023 title.
Coming into a well-established team will ease Hall into the demands of semi-professional netball after forging a fine record with the Marvels while also making her mark for Auckland, who took out the 2023 NZ Open Champs title.
